[wfs-dev] GML 2.1.2 and XMLSpy

I concur with the consensus being achieved in this discussion. The OGC has a 
Corrigendum process that would allow us to accept and process (quickly) 
changes to an existing OGC standard (including deprecated ones). This is 
even easier for schema fixes. I would submit the required schema changes as 
a change request with a note that the community believes that the best way 
forward is as a corrigendum. We can process a proposed corrigendum in a 
matter of a month or two. This is because as Technical Committee Chair, I 
work directly with the Spec editors and other members to evaluate the 
corrections and then can post the changes without going through the formal 
(and long) OGC member voting process.

Please cc me when the change proposals are ready.
