Doh!
My bad! Sorry about that. I was pointing my WFS to the wrong underlying
datastore.
The ServiceIdentification section now includes a title, abstract, etc...
Still validates with Spy.
You can direct the any changes to me. I'm the editor of the WFS
specification.
